Oh no! That's not good to. hear. We send an email to your email address when you create an account to confirm that you are who you say you are.

On the rare occasion that the email doesn't arrive, check to your spam filters for an email from hello@nye.health. Those helpful filters sometimes capture emails that you actually want to receive.

If it isn't there, then you have two options:

  • Click on the blue chat icon in the bottom right-hand circle and send a chat

  • Send an email to hello@nye.health

Either way, we'll get it sorted for you. Make sure you have you email accessible as we will need still need to verify it's you.
