You are asked to confirm your details as a part of the process of linking your GP record to the Nye Timeline. We pull these details from your record and they reflect the details your GP practice has on file for you.

In order to make any changes, you need to contact your GP practice directly. We recommend mentioning that you noticed the incorrect details when accessing online services.
