The good news is that we’re working on some very exciting new products that we hope to share with you soon. Unfortunately, making the space to focus on new products, means we can no longer support the Nye Phone for clinical users.

What this means for existing clinical users

  • As of the 19th of August 2021, you will no longer be able to use Nye for telephone or video calls.

  • Your account will be deactivated and your data will be removed from all of our systems. However, a record of your account will be stored in our database for audit purposes.

What this means for new users

  • As of the 28th July 2021, no new users will be able to sign up for Nye Phone accounts.

What this means for your patients

  • Patients will still be able to log in to and use their apps and if they have it set up, view their medical records, but will no longer receive calls.

What this means for people in clinical trials

If you use Nye as part of a clinical trial, either as trial staff or as a participant, nothing will change. The Nye Phone will still work for all the clinical trials we are partnered with.

Alternative solutions

We chose the 19th of August as we hoped it would coincide nicely with many clinicians transitioning back to face-to-face work.
